Welsha Construction was appointed by JAF Developments to construct Sycamore House, a stunning five-bedroom detached home that blends modern efficiency with timeless design. The property features a combination of brickwork and rendered blockwork, creating a high-quality, durable exterior finish that complements its contemporary architectural style.

Our scope included:

Full brick and block construction, including rendered façades.
Installation of an air source heat pump system.
Integration of underfloor heating throughout the property.
Coordination of all structural and finishing works to the developer’s specification.
